Is sales tax charged for each order?
CaliHandbags.com does not charge sales tax except for California and Nevada shipping addresses. The current tax rate for CA is 8.25%, and the current NV tax rate is 7.75%.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We will ship your products after your payment has cleared or after twenty-four (24) hours, whichever is greater. Please do not send cash. Your credit card will be charged and invoiced by CaliHandbags.com.

What if I want to use PayPal to pay for items I want to purchase?
No problem. However, you would not be using the website Add-to-Cart feature. Simply pick out the items you want to purchase and send us an email at cs@CaliHandbags.com under Subject "PayPal Order." We will then send you an invoice through PayPal and ship the items once your payment clears or after twenty-four (24) hours, whichever is greater. Paypal payment invoice and payment request will come from our parent company, ONM Enterprises.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we accept international orders. But, we will only accept PayPal payments for them. Again, you will not be using the website Add-to-Cart feature. See above for PayPal payment instructions. International orders using other forms of payment besides PayPal will be rejected. International customers must first ask us through email what the shipping costs and other restrictions before finalizing the order. Please include your address, city, and country code in the email to calculate the shipping cost. Phone number will be needed for delivery purposes when sale is finalized. Applicable import taxes and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the international customer. If international customers fail to follow these instructions, the order will be rejected. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will be treated as international orders and must follow these instructions as well.

What is your shipping method and how are your shipping charges calculated?
We use FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Ground depending on the products ordered. Shipment on stocked items will arrive within 3 - 7 business days. Orders will be shipped after twenty-four (24) hours to allow customers to cancel, if needed. Please be aware that embroidered products may take longer to ship. Please see product details prior to ordering. Total shipping fee will be displayed within your shopping cart upon checkout.

What if the merchandise is damaged?
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

What is your cancellation policy?
Customer may cancel an order within twenty-four (24) hours prior to fulfillment (shipping). Cancellations cannot be allowed once an item has been shipped. Once the item is shipped, the customer must follow our return policy.
What do you mean by 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
At CaliHandbags.com, we pride ourselves on keeping our customers satisfied with our merchandise. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you MUST email us at returns@CaliHandbags.com. Please attach the original order confirmation email from us and request a Return #. Then, return the unused item in its original condition within twenty-one (21) days for a full refund, less shipping costs. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping.

We are unable to accept returns on used, damaged or merchandise returned more than twenty-one (21) days after delivery. Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions, as we cannot issue refunds for non-qualifying merchandise and cannot return the merchandise to you. You MUST email us for a Return # before sending back the return. This # must appear on the returned box. Our receiving department will look for this number on all items. If these instructions are not followed we reserve the right to refuse the return or impose a 20% restocking fee. Sorry folks but we must impose the above restrictions to prevent abuse of our policies. The people who follow the rules will not have any problems at all.
